Rose Bar at the Delano- This South Beach bar is well noted for it's popular bed chairs, not to mention its Cougars. What's better than lounging on a couch with a cold drink and a hot Cougar?

Skybar- Also located in South Beach this bar is very popular and only one word can really describe it...Classy. With plenty of sitting, excellent drinks, no cover or lines it is easy to see why the Cougars love this place.

Barracuda Raw Bar and Grill- Looking for a bit more of a laid back bar with cheaper drinks? Head over to Barracudas for some great food along with some hot Cougars. This bar is aimed more at the Cougars who are on the hunt. There is plenty of Cougar Bait at this bar so any woman who heads in has some great opportunities.Skybar

Cougar of the Week

Everyone loves seeing who the Cougar of the Week will be and everyone has their favorite. This week Cougar Hunt brings you Katie Couric, who ranks quite high on the Cougar popularity list.

Katie Couric, who is a journalist for CBS, is 52 years young and shows no signs of slowing down. In 2007 Katie began dating a 33 year old entrepreneur named Brooks Perlin who also is a triathlon competitor. The two met at a cancer benefit and soon after Brooks was hoping to see more of Ms. Couric. The have enjoyed ski trips, dinner dates and even attended the Super Bowl together.

Katie Couric is a prime example of an active Cougar. She has manged to find her a young and very active Cougar Bait and is forced to keep up. Lets see if Brooks can keep up with her.

Cougartown Premiere

Courtney Cox's latest tv show "Cougartown" premiered Sept 23rd with great anticipation by all. I was unable to view the season premiere however, I have heard mixed reviews on the show.

Many people had great expecatations for the show and lets face it, everyone loves a Cougar. However, a majority of reviews go on to say the writing was concentrated too much on trying to make the audience laugh. As far as the story line goes, Celebrity Smack Blog goes on to say they are a bit disappointed in Ms. Cox's character. According to the blog this Cougar likes her Cougar Bait young, as in high school young. Most Cougars prefer to hunt prey that are in their mid-twenties.

Overall, the sitcom shows much potential and I will have to tune in next week to see how they portray my precious Cougars.

Cougar Hangout in Boston

The polls results are finally in and we have a winner. If you recall the last poll question was "What is a Cougars favorite drink?"and many votes were tallied. Our winner, with 42% of the votes, was the cosmopolitan. In a close second was the martini followed by the Long Island Ice Tea and finally wine coming in a close last.

Cougar of the Week

This week's Cougar of the Week goes to Ms. Ivana Trump. Ms. Trump was an Olympic athlete and later married businessman Donald Trump. The reason she makes Cougar Hunt's Cougar of the Week is for her relationship with Rossano Rubicondi. Rubicondi, a Italian businessman, is more than 20 years younger than Ms. Trump. The two wed last year, however the marriage didn't last more than a year. Since the two have separated and Ms. Trump has returned to hunting.

There's plenty of reasons why she's Cougar Hunt's Cougar of the Week. A wealthy older woman who enjoys the company of younger, attractive men. She clearly has all the prerequisites. Cougar Hunt congratulates Ms. Trump and wishes her the best in her future hunting.

When you combine live country music, dancing and plenty of drinks you have the complete recipe for a Cougar Hot Spot. Cougar Halloween Costume

Halloween is just around the corner and if you are like me figuring out a costume idea can be quite difficult. Right around 7pm just a few hours before going out on Halloween you will find me running around town trying to throw some costume together at the last minute. I think it's safe to say the term Cougar is officially marketable. We've seen it in the media and anything involved with singles has an area focused on older women. We've seen cougar conventions and cougar speed dating, finally we have a cruise liner focusing on Cougars. From Decemeber 4th to the 7th Carnival will set sail from San Diego on a round trip with a stop in Mexico. Singles Travel Co. and The Society of Single Professionals have teamed with Carnival to set up Cougar Cruise which claims to have an equal amount of single women and men. There are plenty of events planned along with plenty of drinks available.

How Young is Too Young?

Hulk Hogan and Linda Hogan recently divorced and the two wasted no time getting back into the dating scene. Hulk Hogan began seeing a younger woman, who looks a bit too much like his daughter, while Linda began her hunt. Ms. Hogan began seeing a 19year old classmate of daughter Brooke and son Nick. Her new boyfriend is more than 30 years younger then she. Raises the question of how young is too young? On the other hand, congratulations to this young man for landing such a woman.

Tips to Dating a Cougar

Cougar Convention's Miss Cougar

At the first annual National Cougar Convention the competition of Miss Cougar was held. The event was a large success, although there was accounts of "too much" Cougar Bait compared to Cougars. The drinks were flowing and the dance floor was blazing. There were even reports of Cougars who traveled as far as London to experience the event.

The title of Miss Cougar went to 42 year old Gloria Navarro of Redwood City. With over 200 people in attendance Ms. Navarro was proud to accept her reign as Miss Cougar and was happy to represent such a growing phenomenon. Cougar Hunt salutes Ms. Navarro and hope to see more of this Cougar in the future.

Cougar Hot Spots: Las Vegas

When it comes to Las Vegas all ages go to party and find entertainment. Well after a quick trip up to Sin City this past weekend I have noticed a few spots that really attract the Cougars. Anyone you talk to will probably give you a few different ideas and when it comes to the Strip you can find Cougars at almost any Casino.

However, our pick for Cougar Hot Spot in Las Vegas goes to Paris. After a quick run through of the Paris Casino it was clear this was a excellent spot to hunt for Cougars. Where are these Cougars usually located? Most people may say stay by the slots for the older women, but I'm going to recommend the Roulette Tables. Don't pass up the Blackjack tables either. Also, don't limit yourself to the tables, like any other place the Cougars can always be found at the bar.
