California City is Cougar Central

When it comes to Cougars they can be found all around the country however, there is one place that claims to be Cougar Central of the West Coast. In California's capital, Sacramento, there are 2,000 more single women to men. There age range from 20-64 (even though a Cougar is usually over the age of 30) and the businesses have begun to pick up on this. Bars in the downtown area have begun providing special rates for people in the age range of 30-40, in the hopes to bring in the Cougars.
